Booking a visit with your doctor is simple. Choose the option that works best for you below.
Book Online
Review upcoming appointments, book a new one, or cancel an existing appointment through our online patient portal. You can also confirm your contact details while booking.
Book by Phone
Prefer to speak with someone? Call our front desk during clinic hours and our staff will help you find a time that works.
Same day Appointments
We hold a limited number of same day appointments for urgent, non-emergency concerns. These open up at 8:00 AM each morning. Call our office as close to opening as possible, and if you reach voicemail, leave your name, phone number, and a brief reason for your visit. Same day appointments are given on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you can't make an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer that time to another patient. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
Walk-Ins and Emergencies
We do not offer walk-in visits. All appointments must be booked in advance. Rideau MD is not an emergency care facility. For a medical emergency such as severe bleeding, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or a suspected stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Housecalls
For patients who are unable to come into the clinic, our physicians offer housecalls where appropriate. Speak with your doctor if you think this service may apply to you.
